Recruitment

Gigaloth is sending out carrier pigeons, calling from the rooftops, and searching the land far and wide for those who want to make games. It doesn’t matter if you want to make games but don’t know where to start, or are an experienced game maker who wants to collaborate on a project. Let’s talk.

Note: if you receive a message from a carrier pigeon, it’s probably NOT from us…that was a joke.

Who are we looking for?

  • Programmers
  • Programmers
  • Classic Sprite Artists
  • Did we mention programmers?

Currently at Gigaloth, we are extremely design and art heavy. Primarily we are looking for programmers. Real life (you know, money, school, time, etc.) has starting taking its toll on our code imps.

If you are a programmer that wants to make a game, but you’re not sure how to sort out all of the pieces or you really JUST want to code – we need to talk. Gigaloth can handle all of the art, business promotion, sound effects, music, and project management so you can sit back and do what you do best.

We have questions. You have answers.

When you contact us, be prepared to answer the following questions in the least lame way possible. No, seriously. We don’t like things that are lame.

  • Are you wanting to make card games? Board games? Video games?
  • What exactly would you say…you DO?
  • What genre of game are you most interested in working on?
  • Do you have examples of work you have done? Website? Company?
  • If you could make games for a living, would you?

Please DO NOT send us a resume unless we ask you for one. We want to know about your passion, and what drives you first and foremost.
